Store Policy / Returns:

We are happy to make any changes necessary for fit or preference. Returns are ALWAYS free. Here is how you make your RETURN:

• E-Mail us at info@mightybigman.com with your return request.
• Please INCLUDE your name and address or the name and address of the recipient so we can easily begin this process.
• If you cannot e-mail, call us at 1-425-251 9946 with your return request.
• You will receive a return authorization which is valid for 30 days.
• You will also receive a pre-paid UPS shipping label that you will print out on a laser or laser quality printer and attach to the box.
• Please re-pack the item(s) in the original packaging making sure you put the PACKING SLIP inside the package.
• Adhere the shipping label to the package with tape or glue, making sure that the label does not wrap around the edges of the package. Do not tape over barcodes and make sure that any previous delivery address or old barcode is covered.
• Take the package to any UPS Shipping Center or Shipping Center that accepts UPS packages.
• Once received, processing of your return and credit may take up to 7-10 business days.

IF you want to EXCHANGE the returned item for a different size or color, please let us know so we can hold that item and ship to you after we receive your returned item.
